Rix and the community
The communities in which we operate (and from which we recruit our employees) are important to us.
We work with our customers to look at new ways of improving how we do business. From councils, schools and national farming groups to our domestic customers, we listen to and, where possible, act upon any feedback we receive.
We aim to reduce any negative impact we may have on the local community through investing in new technologies and more efficient logistic methods.
We encourage staff participation in charity work and events. Throughout the year we support and host a number of events to raise money for good causes, both locally and nationally.
